IF A PRODUCT IS DRESS
Non-Returnable Items: Nearly all our dress is personalized/custom-made, so they are not be eligible for return.
Partial Refund: When our customer is not satisfied the dress, we offer 30% partial refund (not including shipping cost) to buyer, which do not need buyer offer any proof. 30% is more than our profit, Custom make dress business is very difficult running, it cost expensive and take too much time, we need to pay our worker, fabric supplier, and factory place rent fee, all fully paid, no partial refund back. but we still need to protect our customer, 30% partial refund is the protection. so please understand our policy.
IF A PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT DRESS
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the tags attached.
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Refund Exceptions: Shipping fees and any non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
